Who is CERT?

Formed in 1996, CERT is incorporated as a non-profit organization to expand business activity across North Louisiana through the resources of the 12 member institutions. CERT members include two historically black universities, technical and community colleges, state and private colleges and universities, and liberal arts, comprehensive, medical and research institutions.
