CERT, the Consortium for Education, Research, and Technology, serves as the intermediary- the convener and facilitator-that links the five Louisiana post-secondary systems with industry to support workforce development, technology transfer, and economic development in the 22-parish region in North Louisiana.
To help support northwest Louisiana's role in digital media, CERT brings the research and degree offerings of 11 universities and one non-profit under one umbrella.
